The buyer is the person or company that buys the membership or ticket ("you").

What we sell and prices

We sell paid memberships of Creator Brunch Club and tickets to in-person events in and around Oslo. Membership prices are shown on our join page, and each event page shows what's included, the date, time and place, and the price, all in Norwegian kroner (NOK) before you pay. Creator Brunch Club is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the total you pay, with no booking or card fees.

Individual membership plans

• Annual: one payment for 12 months. It costs less than twelve monthly payments, and the price is fixed for the whole year.
• Monthly: paid each month, with no commitment beyond the month you've paid for.

Both plans give the same benefits. Your membership starts as soon as you pay, at your request.

Payment and renewal

You pay with Vipps MobilePay. When you join, you approve a recurring payment agreement in the Vipps app. Membership renews automatically until you cancel: the annual plan every 12 months, the monthly plan every month.

• We email you at least 30 days before an annual membership renews, with the renewal date and price.
• You can see and stop the agreement at any time in the Vipps app.
• If a payment fails, we try again over the next 7 days. If it still doesn't go through, your membership pauses until it's paid.

Commitment period

• Annual: you commit to the 12 months you've paid for. After the right of withdrawal (below) has run out, the rest of the year isn't refunded.
• Monthly: no commitment period.

Neither plan ever commits you beyond the period you've already paid for.

Changing your plan

• Monthly to annual: any time. The annual plan starts when your current month ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.
• Annual to monthly: the monthly plan starts when your annual period ends.

Change your plan from your account or email hello@creatorbrunchclub.com. We confirm every change by email.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time from your account, by stopping the agreement in the Vipps app, or by emailing hello@creatorbrunchclub.com. We confirm by email. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and no further payments are taken.

If we close the membership or end yours (for example for breaking our house rules), we refund any whole months left on an annual plan.

Price changes

We tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. A new price never applies in the middle of a period you've paid for. Annual members who renew without a break keep the price they pay today.

Corporate membership

Companies and organisations can become corporate members. What's included is on our corporate membership page. It's a business purchase, so the right of withdrawal and the consumer bodies below don't apply to it. Everything else in these terms does, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Packages and prices: Corporate, NOK 5,000 per quarter. Patron, NOK 100,000 per quarter. Custom, price on request, agreed in writing. What each includes is on the corporate membership page. No VAT is added.
• Payment: by invoice, quarterly in advance, due 14 days after the invoice date, unless we agree another schedule in writing. Late payments accrue interest under Norwegian law (forsinkelsesrenteloven).
• Commitment period: 12 months from the start date. It renews for 12 months at a time, and we remind you at least 30 days before it does.
• Cancelling: email hello@creatorbrunchclub.com any time before the renewal date. Your membership runs to the end of the current 12 months, and that period's quarterly invoices stay due. Nothing already paid is refunded.
• Changing your package: upgrade any time, from the next quarter; a downgrade starts at renewal.
• Price changes: as for individual members, at least 30 days' notice, never mid-year.

Event tickets

You pay for tickets with Vipps MobilePay when you book. Your seat is confirmed once the payment goes through. If an event is full you can join the waitlist for free. When a seat opens, we offer it to the next person on the waitlist and hold it for them for 12 hours (the offer email says until when). If they don't pay in that time, it goes to the next person.

Tickets are delivered digitally. Once you've paid, you'll get a confirmation by email and the event shows as "Going" in your account. There's nothing to print: your name is on the guest list at the door.

• You cancel at least 48 hours before the event starts: full refund. Cancel from your account or email hello@creatorbrunchclub.com.
• Less than 48 hours before: the ticket is binding and isn't refunded.
• We cancel the event: full refund, automatically.
• We move the event to a new date or place: keep your seat, or ask for a full refund before the new date.

Right of withdrawal

• Membership: you can withdraw within 14 days of buying it, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). Email hello@creatorbrunchclub.com to say you're withdrawing. You can use the standard withdrawal form (angrerettskjema), but you don't have to. Since your membership starts straight away, we deduct a share of the price for the days you were a member and refund the rest.
• Event tickets: tickets for a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal under angrerettloven § 22 (n). Our cancellation policy above gives you a full refund up to 48 hours before the event instead.

Refunds go back to the Vipps MobilePay account you paid with, within 14 days, usually much sooner.

Returns

Memberships and tickets are services, so there's nothing to send back. Cancelling or withdrawing (see above) is how you return them.

Complaints

If an event wasn't what we described, tell us within a reasonable time at hello@creatorbrunchclub.com, saying what went wrong. We'll reply within 14 days and, where it's fair, offer a full or partial refund.

Disputes

We'll always try to sort things out with you directly first. If we can't agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), which can mediate and pass the case to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). These terms are governed by Norwegian law. For corporate members, Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) is the agreed venue.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects a paid membership you already have, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies, and you can cancel before it does. A ticket is covered by the terms in force when you bought it.
